Change your Ads Creative Studio sign-in information

You can change the information you use to sign in to Ads Creative Studio in several ways. The method you choose affects how you sign in to your other Google products.

Change your password

You sign in to Ads Creative Studio with your Google Account, so your Ads Creative Studio password is the same as your Google Account password.

To change your Ads Creative Studio password, follow the instructions to change your Google Account password. Note that this will change your password for all Google services you sign in to with the same email address, like Gmail, YouTube, Calendar, and so on.

Change your email address

If you don't use Gmail, you can change the email address for your account. This change will affect all Google products you use, so other Google products might send emails to this email address and you'll have to sign in to all products using this email address.

To change the email address on your Google Account:

1. Sign in to My Account.
2. Select Personal info.
3. In the "Contact info" section, select Email.
4. Select the Google Account email section. 
5. Enter your new email address.
6. Click Save email address.

Once you've saved your changes, you should receive a verification message at the email address you just entered. To complete the changes, you'll need to click the verification link in this message. You should also receive a message at your old email address confirming that you're no longer using this email to sign in.

If you don't get these emails and you’ve already checked your spam folder, request a new email.

Add an alternate email address

You can add an email address that is not already the primary email address on another Google Account. Alternate email addresses function nearly the same as your primary email address. You can use alternate email addresses to sign in and receive notifications, among other things.

To add an alternate email address to your Google Account:

1. Sign in to My Account.
2. Select Personal info.
3. In the "Contact info" section, select Email.
4. In the "Alternate emails" section, click Manage alternate emails.
5. Enter an alternate email address, click Add other email.

We'll send an email with a verification link to your alternate email address. You'll need to open the email and click the link before you can begin signing in to your account with the alternate email address.

Give access to your Ads Creative Studio account

If you don't want to change the email address on your Google Account, you can add another Google Account as a user on your Ads Creative Studio account.
