Creating remarketing audiences

You can use data available in Ads Data Hub to build audience lists for use in Google Ads. After you've linked your Google Ads and Ads Data Hub accounts and created an audience list in Ads Data Hub, the list will be available in the Audience manager page in Google Ads, for activation across Google owned and operated campaigns.

Remarketing audiences are created by writing an audience query in the query editor. Audience queries should return a single column of user IDs.

Audiences must contain 100 or more 30-day active users to be eligible for use. Audience queries are subject to event-level limitations and privacy checks.
