Hello all
Welcome to the AdMob Help Forum

Unfortunately, if your account has been disabled, you can't participate in the program for life again.

You'll have to find other advertising programs. Trying to create new accounts wouldn't work at all. And even if you were successful in creating a new account, it would be disabled before receiving your first payment.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

This is false information. Why is there is an option to confirm that you closed the duplicate accounts then? Duplicate accounts mean that you had another account but it's closed. Hence you have had more than one account in a lifetime. This is contradictory. Please clarify.
