Turn off user metrics

If your app is linked to Firebase, you must unlink your app from Firebase. User metrics will then disable automatically. Turning off user metrics can take up to an hour. Wait up to 24 hours before seeking additional help.

1. Sign in to your AdMob account at https://apps.admob.com.
2. Click Settings in the sidebar.
3. Click the Linked services tab. 
4. Next to the app, click the toggle to turn off user metrics. 
5. Click Turn off.

Note: Turning off user metrics stops the processing of data but not its collection. You can re-enable user metrics at any time on some or all of your apps.
