The Policy center displays all of the current enforcements on your apps. App-level enforcements affect ad serving by either:
- Blocking all advertising on your app, known as Disabled ad serving, or
- Restricting which advertisers can bid on your inventory, known as Restricted demand.
You may receive enforcements due to various issues with your content:
- Policy violations that must be fixed. Policy violations are enforced with either Disabled ad serving or Restricted demand.
- Publisher restrictions are not policy violations so you don't need to change your content or ad requests. However, apps with publisher restrictions receive Restricted demand.

Apps with issues
If you've received a notification about your app, check below to find out more about the issue and what action you need to take:
Policy violation
If the Must fix column says Yes one of your apps is not currently in compliance with the Program policies and, as a result, an enforcement has been taken. When this occurs, you need to make changes to your app to bring it into compliance with our policies.
After you address the policy violations on your app, you may request a review.
Publisher restriction
If the Must fix column says No, it means that your app has content that falls under the Google Publisher Restrictions. While you can choose to monetize this type of content, you will likely receive reduced advertising as not all ad sources will be able to bid on it.
If you address any of the publisher restrictions on your app, you may request a review.
Warning
A warning means that one or more of your apps is not currently in compliance with the Program policies. To resolve this, you need to make changes to your app to bring it into compliance.
If you don't make changes, further actions may be taken on your app or account.
AdMob and Google Play issues
The Policy center will display policy enforcements for both AdMob and Google Play. Click next to the app to view more details about the issues.
AdMob issues
In the AdMob issues section, you’ll see the issue, the review status, and the date this status started to affect your account. Click the issue name to learn about how to identify and fix the cause of the issue.
Once you’ve made changes to fix your app, you can request a review if you want ads to resume or continue serving to your app.
Google Play issues
The Google Play issues section lets you know if you have a Google Play suspension and the date this status started to affect your account. Click the issue name to learn about how to identify and fix the cause of the issue.
For Google Play issues, you can’t request a review in your AdMob account. Once you’ve fixed the violation, you can file an appeal with Google Play.
Request a review
You can request a review of your app after you’ve fixed the issues or if you want to dispute an enforcement. If you’re requesting a review because you’ve fixed issues, make sure you upload the new version of your app to Google Play and/or the App Store before you request a review.

Review status
You can check the status of your review in the AdMob issues section under Review status:

Review the policy enforcement details again to ensure you make the correct changes in your app. Once you’ve re-reviewed the policies and made additional changes, you can request another review.
If your review is not approved, you’ll be notified in the Policy center and via email. If your review is successful, the enforcement will be removed from the Policy center and you’ll be notified via email.
