Ads.txt management option is not visible in Google Ad Manager.

Ads.txt management option is not visible in Admin tab as mentioned in documentation. Our Ad Manager account is not linked with Adsense and Ad Exchange, how we can enable this option in Google Ad Manager? We wants to get ads.txt and app-ad.txt from Ads.txt management option, as currently Ads are not showing in our Live Android Apps.

This option is not available by default for the small business account.It will be available if you have own Ad exchange.

Hello
you can use ads.txt from AdSense and all partner directly.
in google ad manger you must have Adx invite first to see ads.txt section
