I lost my password. My backup email has been deleted due to being inactive for some time. This has my life on hold and I have no way of accessing this account. I have tried several different passwords with no avail. I tried all the backup security questions and I know I answered them correctly. My old phone number has been disconnected long ago. The gmail is under my name please contact stealhearts904@gmail. Please please please help me have my life back!

No 'phone, no backup email, you may not have enough information to satisfy Google as to the rightful user of the account, and you could be wasting your time attempting account recovery. Just keep this in mind, and if you do wish to continue, use the following standard response.
For account recovery ("AR"), or difficulties in accessing a free Gmail/Google account, it is strongly recommended that you first
- read this page and this other page, and then read this blog (don't skip these)
- After that, use the advice there to complete Account Recovery.
- without either a current recovery email or a recovery 'phone number set up, you may face difficulties.
- Google suggest-Use a computer, phone, or tablet from which you frequently signed in (if possible).
-If you use the web page sign in, use the same browser that you usually do (if possible)
-Be in a location where you usually sign in, like at home or at work (if possible). Don't use a VPN.
- You must undertake the AR procedure, which is the only way to regain access; we can't do this for you. There is no "magic wand" or shortcut, in this process.
If recovery fails, regaining access to the account is usually lost; nothing more can be done, except maybe you wait one week , with no access whatsoever, and then try AR again (some users have replied that this has helped).
Google do not provide a manual review, or any other recovery options; starting a new thread will not make any difference, and you may be closed down for spamming.

I knew there would be no help with my account recovery. I’ve tried everything your telling me to do over 10 times. There has to be a way to delete the gmail. AOL deleted the backup to hotrode309l@gmail.com for inactivity. Gmail should definitely do the same thing. Please it will solve everything just to simply delete it.

Google do not delete inactive accounts, unless this has been previously set up in the Inactive Account Manager. (or for violation of Terms of Service.) Otherwise, only a person with access to the account is able to delete it
I knew there would be no help with my account recovery.
Please don't mistake "help" for a magic solution; or instant account recovery, and you have no current' phone, no current email recovery address; which are some of things that Google need (amongst others, they don't reveal the full criteria), to assess your claim.
However, have you:-
- Carefully read the links given in the previous account recovery ("AR") instructions - this page and this other page, and then read this blog? (really important that you read these, many people wrongly skip them.)
- and after studying them, tried account recovery again, following as much as possible the instructions in those links?
- and were you able to use the same location, same device, same method, that previously successfully accessed the account? (do not use a VPN.)
How did Google respond? (Exact message please).
