This forum is not the place to ask for YouTube support; your post is beyond our scope. However, the following is provided as a courtesy, and for your information:-

If Google have suspended your YouTube account for breach of YouTube Community Guidelines, and
you have appealed , (<-- have you done this?), and the appeal was rejected, then
usually no further assistance is available from the help forums, nor from Google.
without your channel URL you cannot appeal, and we cannot provide the URL to you.

Presuming the above does apply, in most cases you will not be reinstated in YouTube, and Google will not allow you to start a new YT channel. There is usually no second chance, and you can only appeal once. If the appeal failed, usually your suspension will not be lifted, and the channel will not be returned.

Google are not obliged to give any reason or prior warning for the suspension.
You may not be able to retrieve your YouTube uploads.
There is nothing more that we can do to help you.
