I suddenly lost all my contacts that I saved on my email this, please how do I recover them? 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 0 Upvotes
I have tried severally to see if I could recover my contacts but it is all to no success, I never deleted them and suddenly it all disappeared.

Contacts can be viewed, in your computer, at https://contacts.google.com/, if synced to your Gmail account.
You can restore Contacts up to 30 days prior. Go to Settings >Undo Changes (Settings under little "gear wheel" top right hand corner). You must be signed into the correct account where the Contacts were stored.
(If you have lost the Contacts on your device, and contact sync was not turned on in your device, then these particular contacts cannot be recovered.)
There is a limit to number and size of Google Contacts. How many contacts can be stored in Google?
Once you've restored your contacts, you'll need to find out what's causing them to go missing. Start with third party applications or devices. If any of them are interfering with your account, they may be causing your contacts to disappear. To Revoke Permission from an app, Go here and revoke third party access.

Turning off "Power Saving" in some Samsung and LG devices also seems to help, but not in all cases. Try that, even if your phone is not one of these brands.
And best to use the Google Contacts app from Google Play, on any device.
