I keep receiving this notice requiring me to create a "screen Lock" for google to continue?

Each of our business phones are receiving "Account Action Required" notices stating they need to creat a "screen lock" to continue!!! it says "To access your work account on this device, you'll need to set a lock screen. This is your organizations Mobile device policy"

I'm not sure how to clear these annoying notices.

We tried creating the lock, clearing the notices, then removing the lock and the notices come back.

Found it!.. Go into the Admin Settings and go to Device Management - Password Settings. You can turn off this feature there

I have the same issue. My email address is managed by google suite and I keep getting this notice. If I do not secure my phone either by pin, fingerprint or pattern I am not able to receive emails on gmail or update apps via play store. So in order to receive mails I MUST have the annoying pin or fingerprint enabled. I DON"T WANT THIS CRAP. I AM FULLY AWARE if it gets lost or so. And I am not able to turn it off. IT IS ANNOYING!!!!

None of these suggested solutions work. Cant find anywhere to take the steps listed on either phone or computer

This is so annoying. I have the same problem and can not seem to be able to over ride it! Why Google why? You have rendered my phone almost useless for communictions! It used to work ok!

Okay guys so what I did (dunno what type of galaxy i have as it is a hand me down) i went to SECURITY in my phone settings, and scrolled down to CREDENTIAL SETTINGS then clicked REMOVE CREDENTIALS and it removed all credentials then it let me take the lock off

I tried to access the admin site but it says that admin.google.com is only available for Gsuite users.

How does someone with a student email remove the requirement for lockscreen security?

I don't have Admin settings on my new Notes 10, so I can't reach Device Management.

I have the same problem and I am being treated as an employee in a company with an Administrator, who has turned off my ability to get into Google apps without keying in a password. I am an individual! I don't want to use a password every time I open Youtube!

Richard Willis here phone number 803 552 08 7 8 and I can't get Google to answer my questions when I know that the question I ask is on the internet. My other phones I have had in the past I never had that padlock Assemble next to the question I asked and the blue line that goes across the top of the page stops under the padlock tell me how I can fix this
