Hi,
Thanks for posting in Google  help Forums,


Go to Settings in Home screen > Scroll down to Apps & notifications >  Scroll down to Notifications> Scroll down to  Notifications> Scroll down to Google play store > Select  Allow notifications,




Open Google play store > Go to  Menu> Scroll down to  Settings,

Check Settings> select  Allow Notifications,
