Hi, Thanks for posting in Google help forums,
Google Play Services> Clear Data,
Wait for loading Data,
Next,
Select Backup Account.
Re-start Device,
Check syncing in Apps,
Open Settings >>> Google >>>
Follow the instructions and generate 10 digit code.
Confirm the Account you are trying to Sign in the second Device and the code generated Account are the same one.
