://www.facebook.com/AngeionGroup/ are the ones handling this claim. I just spoke to someone with the group.
(Me: Is your group sending out these notices? Notice of Class Action Settlement re Google Plus – Your Rights May Be Affected
- Spokesperson: Hi Robin, yes, we are the Settlement Administrator for that case.
- Me: So these notices are not a scam? I am also told by others that there is a broken link when you try to click on link to file claim
- Spokesperson: We are aware of the error, it was corrected earlier today and all the links should be functioning correctly. All of the Court filings are available for review on the Settlement Website if you are concerned about the legitimacyu.
