Hi, I've gained my certificate on Fundamentals of Digital Marketing the 28th Dec 2016. I am no longer able to login with my credentials as the site asks me to re-register even if I click log-in. Furthermore if I add the email I've always used, the site doesn't recognise that that email address has already been used. Please can you send me the proper log-in page so that I can download my certificate + get further education?

Nope, unfortunately the support FAQ doesn’t help: I’ve already submitted the feedback form (after numerous attempts as the site wasn’t working..). Never received a feedback or a communication of open case..
In addition I’ve re-registered to Digital Garage to check if I could recover my profile and clicking in the “support” link on the welcome email, it opens a page 404.

I am having the same problem so frustrating :( only I am 60% of my way through the course and now when I sign in it’s gone. I am definitely using the same email..

I have just started the digital online fundamentals in marketing course and reading the reviews makes me no longer wish to attempt to gain that knowledge i wanted- like is this for real, why does the site not recognize the emails when 96 hours of reading and learning is actively done on the google account.

Someone needs to take accountability as we are all attempting to enhance our skills without being discouraged of a system glitch please, i need to finish this course.

Thank you jp88, i think it would be false advertising if Google Africa advertises courses misleading people towards the end, certification needs to be given when course is completed successfully, its not debatable. We sacrifice alot of time to sit and learn and trying to better our knowledge, if this is not the case with the Fundamental Digital Marketing course here please let me know sooner so i can see were i can go

I completed over 50% of the marketing course, try to log in again and it's like I never did. Google doesn't recognize my account from the course and let me register again..... now it happend2me twice!!! I am done with it. No response no help nothing.  Thanks for the free course but it was a waste of time.
