Without the correct PIN, password, pattern code, or account details, or if Factory Reset Protection ("FRP") has been set in an Android device, then the device is essentially dead in the water.  Google does not have any records at all of the settings needed. (If an Apple device, you have to ask Apple.)

You should try to get your money back, if purchased with this limitation already on the device.

Have a look at https://is.gd/dVSA0E  for a possible solution to FRP.

Also  remove Google FRP lock on Samsung without password.  Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP) Bypass/Removal SOLUTION For Samsung’s (S7) again for some Samsung devices.  (YouTube video)

Use Xperia Companion may help with Sony.

Various forums for your device, device brand, or an Android forum may have  a hack;  some pretty clever people there.  Those forums are worth looking at if nothing else will work for you.
