Hi there, thank you for your fast response
Actually, my parents and I didn't find any structures of this thing.
I can sign into my account successfully but only on my laptop, not on my phone because its already signed but its give me so many limitations for example i dont have access of some google services such as youtube, google assistants, play games and... .
This is the full email message. If you know what should we do in account or Family Link, let me know because this email have so much data, and I need them all.

Changes to your Google services

You won't see personalized ads
If your device location is on, parents can see where you are with your Android device in Family Link
Your Location History will be turned off and your timeline will be deleted

What a parent can see or do
Your privacy is important, and we want you to understand what supervision means for you. Your parent will be able to do things like:
Manage account settings & controls
Parents can control which devices or apps you sign in to with your Google Account, update your account info and some settings, control whether you can give third-party apps access to your account, and manage settings like Web & App Activity that controls how Google collects and processes data for your account
Delete account, reset account password & devices
Parents can delete your account, reset your Google Account password, and reset Android devices that you're signed in to with your Google Account
Block or approve apps
Parents can approve app requests from Google Play, and block apps they don’t want you to use
Control location settings
Parents can update location settings, and see the location of your supervised device
Limit screen time on supervised devices
Parents can set daily device limits, see which apps you use and for how long, and remotely lock devices when it’s time to study or sleep
Set filters & controls on Google Chrome, Search, Play & YouTube
Parents can block or allow websites on Chrome, turn SafeSearch on or off, choose content settings in YouTube, and manage what their child can browse, purchase, or download on Google Play
Manage their Google family group
Parents can invite additional family members to their Google family group. Family members will be able to see each other's names, email addresses, and profile photos, and share Google services for families. Learn more

Parents can't remotely see what's on your screen
As a reminder, parents can always change your account password and access your account, but you’ll be able to tell if this happens. Google will send you an email and sign you out of your account.
We’d also like to remind you to be responsible and respectful of other people when you use things made by Google. Follow basic rules of conduct, just like you would in your house or school. For example, don’t bully or mock other people. Also, don’t post mean or hateful things using our services because this could get you and your parents in trouble. If you have any questions, ask your parent!
