After my account got hacked, I got an email from Google on my recovery email address stating "your password and recovery email have been changed for the given Google account”. Unfortunately I did not check my hacked and recovery Google account for a month, now none of the recovery method are working. I was wondering if Google had a human in the support system where I could show them the emails I received and hopefully could get my account back.

Hello,

Google does not provide direct support via phone or email for recovery of @gmail.com accounts. Account recovery form: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery is the only option provided by Google to recover the account.

Kindly check this help article for tips to complete account recovery steps: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7299973?hl=en

Hello,

Have you tried to use account recovery form  from previous logged in location/ip address and used device/computer for the account ?

Were you able to answer the security questions asked in the account recovery form including date of account creation?

When was the last time you accessed the account? Kindly provide a date.

Thanks for your valuable feedback,

During the account recovery process I am only asked for my recovery email id, which has already been changed by the hacker.

What I have is a mail from Google a month ago, stating that your account password and recovery email has been changed. It is very obvious only a human can see and take action on behalf of it, if Google does not have a human in support system then I am guessing the account is lost and I am not the 1st person whose account is hacked, Google should strengthen their support by putting actual human in the system, not every issue can be handled by Q&A, FAQ, automated forms and AI.

Thanks for your valuable feedback,

1-Have you tried to use account recovery form from previous logged in location/ip address for the account?
Location is same, I am not sure of Ip address, because of dynamic Ip

2-Have you tried to use account recovery form from used device/computer for the account ?
I have only used a single device ie my laptop to access that account all the time.

3-Were you able to answer date of your account created?
This question was NOT asked during account recovery

4-When was the last time you accessed the account? Kindly provide a date.
It should be in the month of  September or November of 2019, Since I seldom used that account.

Hi there,

My boyfriends account was hacked and password and recovery email was changed, we've tried everything to try and recover it and the security question is something he doesn't know and didn't use. He needs this account as it has important information and contacts on it, which he needs for work and such. Is there any way we can find out the password or recovery email, and get into it to change password?
