I can’t log in PUBG Mobile app with my email

Hello!I have some problems with my PUBG Mobile account.I can't log in with my email,no 
response after log in.Support PUBG Mobile answered me that is something wrong with my google account irishkasmirnova3@gmail.com.Could you check this please?
The image is not visible due to forum settings.

[FINAL UPDATE AND SOLUTION] After testing on another Android 7 device, stumbled upon the solution.

1. Clear cache and data for: Google Play Games, Google Store, Google Play Services (Manage Space - clear all data).
2. Clear cache and data for the games that have the problem.
3. Reopen Google Play and make sure you select your 'main' account as the default one.

The above steps worked for me on 3 devices, Android versions 8, 7 and 5.1, with disconnects and all tests passed.

What happens when you try to sign into your Google account?  https://mail.google.com/ on a pc.
 
Do Google give any further suggestions?  If so, you must try them, before coming back here again.  What was the result?
