Lost phone assumed stolen recovered but google account was deleted
Dear all
I had a phone configured through google family on which I had music for the kids, with a randomly generated email address. after a family event, it was lost (and assumed stolen). Therefore, eventhough there was nothing on it with parental control locking everything, I deleted the account in the family group and deleted the family group linked to it.
fast forward 5 months later and a relative bring us the device back.
I charge it and see that it's still linked to the old account. However, I can't remember the parental code to reinitialize it nor can i log to the account, as it was deleted and kids accounts (below 13) can't be recovered.
therefore, I tried to wipe the data through the safe mode and reconnect using one of the account which was used on the device prior to the "kids" account.

no success with any of the adresses I previously used on the phone
I now have a phone locked in the "validate your account" page.
How can I get out of this and make this phone functional again.

hi, I need to be able to unlock the phone.
The previous account (account A) was a "kid below 13" account that I deleted once the phone went awol.
my accounts (B&C) were used before resetting the phone to set up account A onto it.
As account A is a "kid below 13" account, the guideline says I can't recover it. Therefore, I'm looking for a way to unlock the phone, without needing the deleted account that can't be recovered

If you purchased the device locked, the best move would be to return it, and get your money back.

thanks for your extensive reply.
I had bought this phone new back in 2019 and lost it in July 2022.
after some thinking, I used an older account that was used on that phone. It got through and now I'm able to go through the configuration steps.
