Hi, Thanks for posting in Google help forums,

Open the link and Select Security,

Add / Change  2 - Step verification number,

Add / Change Recovery phone number ( SMS enabled only)

Add /Change Recovery email,

Open the link and Go to 2 - Step verification ON,

Add Google prompt and get the option to add a second Mobile number for 2 - Step verification,

In case you lost the first number you can use this second number for access Google Account,

Scroll down to>
Manage Devices> Remove unwanted Devices from this Account / Sign out for computers,

Scroll down to  Manage Third party access> Remove access for unwanted Apps and Websites for this Account,

Open the link and Go to 2 - Step verification ON> Sign in > Scroll down to "Set up"  codes or Show codes,

Generate Or Regenerate Backup codes and keep them out of Device and Account,

( Anyone who knows your Gmail address, Password and these codes can access  / Change / Own this Account),

Open the link and Go to Password and Change Password for this Account,

When using  other Computer Sign in  as a Guest,

When using  other Phones Sign in incognito mode,

Never use Gmail account password for Sign in to other Apps or websites,

Use trusted public WiFi points,

Secure Account more Secure,
