Locked out of a game account.

So, I have accidentally linked my Roblox account with my school email and enabled 2-step verification on the Roblox account. My school email now has a filter that blocks email messages from outside the school email system, and I can't log in to the Roblox account. I have already contacted Roblox support, they can't do anything. I am now trying to move the school email account to another email, I have already downloaded the data files from the school email to the new one, but I have no idea how to import the data to the new email. If you know other ways to transfer data please tell me.

To transfer the games data, you need to ask the games people;  many do not allow this.
 
What else do you need help with in transferring, and does the school permit this?

Yes, I have already contacted the games people, but they couldn't do anything about it. Yes, if the transfer is not related to school work, they're fine with it. I just don't know how to put in the data files from my laptop's storage into the new google account.

What data files exactly are you looking to transfer.  Pity about the games people!

I have already downloaded all my personal data files and the data files connected to the game account, I just don't know how to put them in the new Gmail account. The games people also couldn't do anything because they couldn't verify me as the actual owner of the game account because I couldn't email them using the original Gmail account that the game account is linked with.

If you can't do that, then Google can't help, sorry.  It is up to the games people to assist.

You may have to contact the IT department at school. Many schools dont allow games such as Roblox to be played on school accounts. It's possible that there may be firewalls installed that's blocking you. If that's the case, the IT department would have to get involved.
