iPhone 11 - set up account on iOS - login problem: Error 403: access_denied

There is a problem on login on the device iPhone 11.

During adding an account into contact, I'm receiving the following error: Error 403: access_denied

The image is not visible due to forum settings.

I have the same problem setting up Google account of my daughter on her new iPhone XR. May that be caused by Parental Control? Did you find any solution?
