Google My Account - Profile Name
The image is not visible due to forum settings.
Also, I can't change the gender

During a call with Google One Support, we tried also change in "About me" page
But it shows an error without details about it

Make Chrome as your Default browser,

Next,Chrome >Google >
Click in Start Menu
Click in the search box,
Go to keyboard >
Press in Start Menu / Windows Logo and in " R" key in keyboard simultaneously,
Select %temp%> click OK> next Window,
Select All files> Delete,
Repeat the process with “ recent “
Select " recent"> Delete,

Go to> Manage Devices> Remove Account / Sign out from All other Signed in Device / Devices ( skip this),

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Click in the picture at top right> follow the prompts for Sign in,
Sign back in to Google with this Account First of all, next Window select " Turn on sync..."> Turn on.

Next,
Sign back / Add Account in to other Trusted Device/ Devices.
Grant access for Trusted Third party Apps and websites for this Account.
Still problem persist,

Everything has started from "nowhere" in a moment i don't know even now if it's related to something or not.
I tried everything but nothing, i can't post a local guide , review or change the private or public of my profile ( work etc ) my others google account are perfect but this one is my primary one.
Send a request for support maybe they will hear us if we are more.
I have 3 tickets of support active at the moment. ( months with no response - google ONE support) i don't know what to do.
And YES i have NO NAME or profile picture or cover image ( they disappear ) cannot set them again just like you (even gender) it's NOT related to cookie - cache etc but at source.

I have the same problem as OP but the only difference on why I can't update my account is that previously, my account is unlawfully disabled by Google. I was able to recover my account, but I can't update anything.
I have completely lost respect on Google and I don't know what else to do. Do they really want a lawsuit?!
