How to log into account without password and name ?

Forgotten your account name? Read https://support.google.com/answer/2452047?hl=en. Or ask a friend who you have emailed, what user name you had. Or check any password manager for user name.
Or perhaps go to https://security.google.com/settings/email, see if names listed there helps you?
- Without an account name, then the account can never be recovered. There is no point in attempting.
- If you find the account name, continue with account recovery.
To recover access to a free Gmail account, or a Google Workspace Individual ($$) account, account recovery ("AR") is the only proof accepted by Google. There is no other way; and you have to attempt this yourself, we can't do it for you.
- Password problems? Google do not send a password reset link on demand. Check your browser password manager, or a password app, otherwise you need to continue with AR; select "Forgot my Password".
- Without BOTH a current recovery email AND a current phone number, previously set up in the account, (both must be accessible and up to date), then the account usually can't be recovered. (Other conditions may also apply. Click here and go to "Let's be realistic".)

- Before doing this, you are strongly advised to read https://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com; which covers many problems you might encounter, and has useful hints.
- Can't answer a question or use the nominated device, etc? Click on "Try another way" (or similar).
- ID does not prove that the account is yours. Google will not ask "security questions" about account details, your contents at Google are encrypted, and are generally inaccessible, therefore nothing can be checked.
If recovery fails, waiting a full seven days (168 hours) without any attempts, then trying again ~may~ work. If you still don't succeed, Google will not return the account.
Unfortunately Google don't provide any personal assistance or a review; and starting a new post will not make any difference to the result. Please don't do that.
