I lost all access to my old Authenticator app and it has my login to my Snapchat account

I’ve lost all access to my Old Authenticator app as it was on my old phone which as now been rebooted and can’t retrieve my Snapchat account because of it as I can’t get the verification code

Contact SnapChat about account recovery when you've lost your authenticator.

This is a Google support forum. For help with accounts, web-sites, games, apps, etc. from other sites or providers you will need to contact THEIR support as provided from their web-site.

I was told by google one staff to contact you and Snapchat said I must contact google to regain access to my Authenticator app which I do not have any qr code or recovery codes for as once I regain access I can see my Snapchat code and use it to log in

the account they are referring to isnt theres at all but mine. i constantly get them out then they come here and get ways to take it back. i been dealkng with this for two years only because reporting to google nothing happens and i havent a clue who i can call.

Without access to the old authenticator app, or the original codes used to configure it, it's impossible to recover it. Google can't help with that.
