Hello - and welcome to this guide.
If you are not familiar with English, please definitely use a translator. In Chrome you can install the extension to translate entire articles/pages.
First of all:
I am only a user of Google services myself. I don't work for Google or YouTube.

About the title of this guide - and what it's about:
Unfortunately, it happens again and again that users who are looking for help with account recovery (AR) problems end up with shady, dubious - and indeed scammers/hackers...
And unfortunately, this usually happens before the official Google help centers and communities are visited. :-/
We observe this especially on YouTube, where either clueless wannabe experts copy some circulating tutorials (or create them) just to generate clicks and subscribers. (To then even make a profit with channel monetization!)
However, we also know that such trappers and scammers usually link from “X” (formerly twitter) to instagram, Facebook or messenger services such as telegram or WhatsApp.
We also observe that such scammers repeatedly throw out their nets in the Google product forums. Watch out for replies from users who are non-product experts (we real product experts can be identified by the badges with a silver star or higher), linking to external sites/services that do not start with "https://support.google.com"!
If you fall for such “offers”, it is usually already too late. These scammers usually not only trick you out of your personal data (email/email addresses, telephone numbers, backup codes, current and old passwords), but often demand cash payments for their “service”... And this “service” usually consists of changing all your login data - and locking you out of your accounts completely. :-/
Google itself does not charge any money for an account recovery!
Google employees - and product experts do not ask for passwords or backup codes!
(a previously used password may be requested in the forms for automatic account recovery)
Once again: Don't pay any money - and don't give away your login details!
One more thing to add:
If you see such scammers on YouTube who demand personal data or even money from you in any way, I would be happy if you could post the link to the channel and the video in the topic in which I might communicate with you. I then pass this information on - and together we can ensure that Google and YouTube become more safe.

So be careful - and thanks for reading.
