Why we disable Brand Accounts

In most cases, Brand Accounts are disabled if we think that an account owner or manager hasn't followed Google's policies.

Google's policies include the Google Terms of Service, User Content and Conduct Policy, and other policies for our products and services (see links and examples below).

Ask us to restore your account

You might be able to get access to the Brand Account again. If you're the account's owner, follow these steps to request access to the account.

Step 1: Review Google's policies
