Problems with the audio number verification
To play the audio number verification, click the accessibility icon. You'll hear a list of numbers recited over background noise. Type the numbers as you hear them. If you're unable to hear the numbers, please make sure that your sound card is enabled, and that the volume on your computer is on. If you're using external speakers, check that they're properly connected to your computer.
Note that your browser must support WAV files format in order to play the numbers in the audio verification. All Windows machines should support WAV files. If you're on a Mac or Linux machine, you may need to use a browser plugin to listen to the number verification.
