'Google password assistance' email
If you've received a password-assistance email you didn't request, it's likely that another user entered your email address by mistake. If you didn't initiate the request, don't worry - your Google Account is secure, and there's no need for you to take any further action. Your privacy and security aren't compromised by this email.
Note: if you received the password reset link in a different language, it's possible that the user who mistakenly entered your email address accessed the password-reset page in that particular language.
