Missing data in my account

If you can't find product data when you sign in to your Google Apps account, the data might be associated with a conflicting account or another personal Google Account. You would have been using this account to access products that were previously unavailable to Google Apps users. Don't worry, though—your data is safe.

To access your data:

  1. Sign out of your Google Apps account.
  2. Enter the URL for the product you’re trying to access. For instance, if you’re trying to access Picasa Web Albums, enter http://picasaweb.google.com.
  3. Sign back in to the product using the email address and password you used before the transition.

If you forgot your username or password, use our sign-in troubleshooter. If you’re still having trouble accessing your data and never encountered a page that stated, 'An update to your account is required', please contact your organization’s administrator.

If you need to switch accounts often, you might want to enable multiple sign-in so you can access multiple accounts at once in the same browser.
