Reset your old Android device

Safely remove all your data from your old Android device.

Important: You must back up your data before resetting your device.

1. On your old device, open the settings
2. Select Passwords & accounts.
3. Select each Google account Remove account.
4. Open the settings again
5. Select System Reset options Erase all data (factory reset).
6. When prompted, confirm to continue
