Turn off add-ins in Outlook Mail

When Outlook opens your Google Workspace profile, Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook (GWSMO) begins synchronizing data to your Google Workspace account from your existing Outlook profile.

Before a synchronization, GWSMO scans add-ins installed on Outlook and compares them to a list of add-ins known to cause sync issues. In severe cases, these add-ins can corrupt your local PST file.
