Mobile devices only Schedule personal goals, such as exercising or eating healthier, in Google Calendar. After you answer some preference questions, your calendar updates with the best schedule to accomplish the goal. If you or someone else adds a conflicting event, Calendar automatically reschedules your goal sessions. |
Add a goal

Sessions are automatically added to your calendar, starting with the first 4 weeks. You can adjust the time or length of these events at any time.
Change a goal
- Open the Calendar app.
- Tap the session you want to change.
- Tap Edit

- In the This session section, make changes to the date and time for this individual session.
- In the Your goal section, make changes to your goal overall, including dates, times, and frequency.
- At the top, tap Save.
Calendar learns from your changes and gets better at scheduling and choosing times.
Mark a session done
- Open the Calendar app.
- Tap the session.
- Tap Did it.
Defer a session
If you don't have time to work on your goal when the session comes up, you can defer it until later.
- Open the Calendar app.
- Tap the session.
- Tap Later.
The session will be automatically rescheduled for a time that you're free.
