Add surveys and forms to your website by embedding Google Forms in Google Sites.

Add a survey or form to your Sites page""

  1. Go to Sites and open the site and page where you want to add your form.
  2. On the right, click Insertand thenForms. You might have to scroll to see Forms.
  3. Locate the file and click Insert.
Note: If you update the content in Forms, it automatically updates on your site.

Use Forms to add a survey or form to your Sites page""

  1. Go to Formsand open your form.
  2. Click Send.
  3. Next to Send via, click Embed "".
  4. Click the HTML and click Copy.
  5. Paste the HTML into your site or blog.
