When you’re creating a filter, try these ideas to organize your email.

 

1. Create a filter to sort your email:

  1. In the search box at the top, click the Down arrow Down Arrow.
  2. Enter your search criteria.
  3. At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter.
  4. Choose what you’d like the filter to do.
  5. Click Create filter.

Apply a label to important email from your manager or anyone you don’t want to miss.

OR

(If you list more than one email address, you must include OR.)
