If Google Groups isn't available in your work or school account, ask your administrator to turn on Groups for Business.
Group owners and managers can set the email language for a group. This language is used for system-generated text included with email messages, such as footers and email digest headers.
Set the group email language
- Sign in to Google Groups.
- Click the name of a group.

On the left, go to Group settings
Email options.
- Under Group email language, select a language.
- Click Save changes.
