Administrators in your organization can control which services you can use while you're signed into your Google Workspace account. If your administrator turns a service off, you won’t have access and will encounter a Service not allowed page.
If you can't access a Google service that you're used to accessing, perhaps when using a different account, your administrator might have turned that service off for users in your organization.
