I have tried everything! There is no way for me to access my control panel or my billing for my domain. I get occasional emails from Google with a no-reply email address. I try logging in with my domain email address and it won't let me in at all, saying that account is not supported. I am at my wits' end.

are you using  your username @ yourdomain.com  and not a username @ gmail.com ?

I try with my domain email address but Google won't allow me to use it. There is no option to log in in any way.

The website is currently connected to a Blogspot blog/site, which I can edit. 

What I can't do is access my domain settings, billing, or any support services.

I have followed all of these instructions but they do not work! They lead me to pages that don't exist. There is no option to select for "forgot email address"! There is no way in. Please can I get someone to assist?

I am having the same issue.  How on earth do you get an admin.console account? I am also using my domain name address.  No luck. 
Also need one to contact support - a no win situation

do you have access to your domain dns  control  unless you purchase your domain from Google workspace ?

HI Chris Young 8318, Fill out this form and the Support team will get back to you within 48 hours.after you reply back to the support email that you will receive after you submit the form
 
You'll be asked to prove that you own a user account and your domain
 
Select Forgot my  admin username/password
 
What is the account you are having issues with? user @ domain.com (actual user & domain) 
Enter Your Username  @ your Domain Name  must used Lower case and not uppercase letters
This is your Google Workspace or Cloud Identity admin account email address that you are having issues accessing.
 
Email address where we can contact you * user @ gmail.com
Enter any contact email. used Lower case letters only 
 
Once you receive an email after you submit the form reply back to it then someone will contact you within 48 hrs
