Urgent: Your Google Workspace account will soon be closed - for an active account 1 Recommended Answer 40 Replies 26 Upvotes
I have received an email saying "Urgent: Your Google Workspace account will soon be closed" and that it will be closed tomorrow on the 18th November.
I have received 2 similar emails saying all we had to do was log into the account and it would be kept active but I keep receiving the account deletion emails, even though we log in every single day.
We use the account daily and have 40 users using it with 100s of GB of data!
How can I stop the account being deleted? It is very important!!

Hello,
There is no way confirm it. Google is aware of the issue with the email notification after users login into their admin console. The suggestion from Google is to ignore that email.

Hello,
You will need to login to the admin console with your G Suite admin account before the deadline: https://support.google.com/a/answer/182076.
If you have logon to your G Suite admin console, you may ignore that email. Your G Suite will remain active.

Hi,
we have logged into the account hundreds of times since receiving the email and we still receive the warning emails. It is a major concern for us. How can we confirm the account will not be deleted?

if you still want that account just sign into the admin.google.com and also since it is a Legacy edition the domain can not be change
