Is there a way to automatically cc/bcc an address on emails sent from a particular alias?

I am part of a nonprofit organization that runs multiple programs, each having their own lead.  I am trying to set up an effective way for each of these leads to see all the emails sent to our info@organization.com address and reply using that address so that each of the leads can stay in the loop on all of our programs.

We are currently using the delegate system, but because it only works on desktop and is a separate inbox to check, it isn't working well for us.  I looked into the collaborative inbox feature, but it doesn't seem to be optimized for mobile devices and isn't accessible via Gmail, so I don't think it is the best option for our organization at this time.

This is my current plan:
  • Have each lead add the info@organization.com address as an alias on their name@organization.com accounts
  • Forward all emails sent to info@organization.com to the group program.leads@organization.com, containing their name@organization.com accounts
  • Have each lead bcc the info@organization.com email whenever they respond using the alias of the same name, so that the other program leads see their response

My concern with this setup is that the leads may forget to bcc the info@organization.com account when responding to emails that were addressed to that account.  Is there a way to set up an automatic bcc when they respond to emails using their info@organization.com alias (or otherwise allow the rest of the program leads to see the response they sent)?  I saw that there are some browser extensions that can do this, but I'm not sure how reliable those are and am looking for a solution that works for desktop and mobile, if something like that exists.  Any suggestions are welcome!
