Hello Help-Forum Guys,

I bought G Suite a year ago just to see how it works. And so I bought a domain too, for one year.
But I canceled my G Suite Account after one month and must have forgotten to cancel the Domain registration.

Yesterday I got an E-Mail from the domain registration that said that my domain has been renewed. But I don't want that Domain!
So I wrote an E-Mail saying:
"Good morning,
I totally forgot that I owned those. How do I delete them?
I never logged onto your website and don't know any password or customer ID.
Please help.

Thank you."

But the answer was:
"Dear Mr. Heinrich,

thank you for your message.

Because your domain was registered through the service of Google, only Google is able to request a cancellation or a renewal of this registration.

Please contact Google directly with your request:

https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213

Thank you."



Now I am here, please help me. Thank you very much!

the  Gsuite accounts  for those domain is deleted so if you purchase them through Gsuite they should not renew since there is no billing info or any accounts info available for those domains.

and on the .de whois  domain lookup does not show the domains been renew any

I asked a Gsuite Advisor about this he said once the Gsuite account deleted the domain subscription is deleted also and you shouldn't got anything about domain renewals.
 
he said to fill out this form so the support can take look to see what happen

You'll be asked to prove that you own a user account and your domain
 
Select Forgot my admin account any options
 
What is the account you are having issues with? user @ domain.com (actual User &  domain) 
Enter Your Username  @ your Domain Name  must used Lower case and not uppercase letters
 
Email address where we can contact you * user @ gmail.com
Enter any contact email. used Lower case letters only 
 
when you get a email then reply back and let them know that you deleted your account and you got a email about domain renewal for a domain you purchase through gsuite  someone will reply within 48 hrs

you can used  like  admin @ yourdomain.com 
and you may get a auto reply about not been a Gsuite account just reply back to that email let the support know that you receive a domain renewal for a domain that you purchase from a Gsuite domain partner after you have deleted your gsuite account tell them when you deleted it and someone will contact you within 48 hrs
