I have been experiencing issues with a laptop's hard drive space being used up by Google Drive File Stream. It has gotten so bad that I cannot update Microsoft Office or any other software unless I pause/close File Stream. There have been a couple of posts about this but no resolution.
Made sure that only one Google account was signed in.
Tried a new laptop, problem continues on the new laptop.
The laptop is a new Macbook Pro running Mojave (MacOS 10.14.1). When the first laptop started slowing down and having issues with disk space I used migration assistant to transfer to another Macbook Pro. The issue continued. Has anyone here experienced this issue? Thank you for any help you can provide.
