Employees are receiving this message anytime they send inline photos or attachments outside of our @Domain. 

It's implying that the receiver won't be able to access the file, but in testing, it is still allowing access to external addresses.     This seemed to start around the same time as these recent attachment issues (~1-2 days ago?). 

The main complaint, our people sending to multiple addresses are needing to click this more than once...

Curious if more people are seeing this

Signature images are not working correctly either, they seem to consistently show a broken image icon.

I am having this same issue.  I recently moved the original signature file to another cloud drive.  Even though I still see the image in settings for Gmail, I think this is the "file" that the error is referencing.
