G Suite Mail Sync error with Outlook, cant send through Outlook, OK via app & web 2 Recommended Answers 25 Replies 81 Upvotes

I turned my PC on this morning to find I cannot send any emails through Outlook, works fine on my phone app & the web. I have reinstalled office, resynced etc.
They just sit in the outbox, I dont get any errors or sync issues saying they cannot/have not been sent. I am running G Suite Basic. I did catch a glimpse of an error in the outlook send/receive progress, but I cant seem to replicate this again - it said
'Task'G Suite - Sending' reported error (0x80048002) : 'This task was cancelled before it was completed'
Can anyone help please.
