My company email address came together with unlimited Google Drive File Stream storage capacity. Yet this seems to be a pain. I have spent more than 48 hours with troubleshooting and still issues exist.
1. adding files (online option) to MyDrive folder fills up my local hard drive and exploits my RAM. Even when the action plan https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/apps/1UXUFz52-Os is pursued, when re-installing the app, of course, DriveFS re-appears.
2. despite the unlimited capacity storage option, my G: shows a capacity of 250.79GB!!
(equal to/this is my local hard drive storage capacity..)
My aim is straightforward: save 2TB of data, being a happy Google Drive File Stream user. Nevertheless, it remains challenging and rather impossible.
