My acount is block. I send my verification doc verification a days a go and I din't ripley yet. A try to contact GSuite, I tried to contact GSuite, but I can not generate a PIN code. What should I do?

Hello! Our domain is colateralfilmes.com. We use the free version of GSuite, a very old version. The problem account is our general account. We had contracted a plan to increase our storage from 15 GB to 100 GB. However, we received an email on Sunday saying that our account was canceled because of our mode of payment (credit card). We tested the card and it works perfectly. The email asked us to perform the payment mode verification. We sent the documents and received no returns. We called Google Play support and they informed us that we need to talk to GSuite support. We try to make a phone call, but before we can be reached, a PIN code is required. We entered GSuite with the admin account and followed the steps to generate the PIN code, but the account is too old and it does not generate a PIN code. According to Google Play support, we need to talk to GSuite support because they are the ones who should be getting our documentation. We've already called Google Play support 5 times and sent 4 documents to verify payment modes. And nothing has been solved until now. Our account is still locked and we are unable to upload the files to Google Drive. The last attendant advised us, in addition to sending the documentation again, to ask for help here in the forum. This problem is disrupting our day-to-day work here at the company, as we use Google's cloud services to send our files a lot. We need a solution later this week!

Since you using Free GSuite  you can't get a Support Pin  or support 
when you say Google Play  did you mean Google Pay ?

No, Google Play is the Google application store in Brazil. We received the email from their support. It was their support that said that only those who can help us are GSuite's support. They handed us the phone, but without a PIN code we could not reach them. We have already sent the documents for payment verification 4 times and nothing has been resolved. We have already tried all the options that are indicated in the link. We've tried to update your form of payment. We've tried to enter a new form of payment. We check if our card has any problems. Nothing solves the problem. We need a PIN code to be able to talk to GSuite Support over the phone.

Unable to get support pin. Unable to login to admin.google.com - the pin is a great idea if you system is working and generating pins, if not, not helpful.
