Workspace Enterprise Plus issues for google meet

Question

I had purchased Workspace Enterprise Plus to ease my live stream. However, while using the plan and doing livestream, I noticed that the plan only limits up to not more than 800 participants that can join the live show. Meanwhile the plan stated that it can fit up to 1000 participants, right?. It also limits up to around 500 participants only to comment or engage with the meeting. We noticed this because participants complained that they can't comment/ ask during the session.
Is there any explanation for this issue? What can we do to fix this matter? We urgently need to settle this issue as soon as possible because in one week we will do a live stream that includes more than 900 people to join it. Please help us.

There's inconsistent information on the limits.

Have you adjusted the In-domain and trusted domain live streaming (maximum number viewers)?
