New group member shown as "Bouncing"

In the group I manage the "Manage Users" screen shows a new member's Delivery status as "Bouncing." She can receive email so her inbox isn't full. She is receiving email posts from the group, but when she tries to access the group on the web she sees "You do not have permission to access this content. (#418)". Can you suggest a remedy?

Welcome to G Suite Administrator Community

go to your group setting https://groups.google.com/forum/#!groupsettings/YourGroups Name/directory

then Manage Group > Information > Directory - "Group directory" - the setting to be set to "Anyone on the web" or all members or else users who aren't members won't be able to discover the group at all as result of recent changes.

for Gsuite groups Manage>>Information>>Group visibility>>anyone on web

The group visibility setting is set to "All members of the Group", as it has been since I set it up. Does the fact that her "Delivery" shows "Bouncing" have anything to do with her inability to see the web postings? If so, how do we fix it? Her email box is not full and she continues to receive the emails.
