I am not receiving emails to my account Google Workspace Account

Question

I am the domain owner and administrator. The email address that I have under the domain is not receiving emails. I can send emails with no problem; I cant receive them. 
I have been dealing with the problem since the email was established. So far, I have only received the initial "Welcome to Gmail" emails that everyone receives when a new account is opened. Further, I have gone to the support site, and none of those solutions are applicable or work for me. 
Can someone help me?
