Control Employee Dial-out Number

I've implemented Google Voice numbers for each employee in order to transition from them using their private cell phone numbers for business calls. I would like them to both call-out and also receive calls, only on the GV number, not their private number.
1. Is there a way to remove their private number in their public contact profile for the Google Workspace controlled by our company?
2. What steps do they have to take in order to ensure they are calling-out on the GV number?
